Freelance commercial directors don’t tend to win Nobel Prizes. But Dom has managed to snag awards at Cannes Lions, D&AD, MADC and The One Show, which coincidentally is “the world’s most prestigious award in advertising” (….according to its own website).
Before all that, he was a graphic designer. Luckily, years spent carefully spacing gaps between letters taught him a healthy respect for craft.
Today, he brings that same meticulous eye to directing films for Nike, Apple, BMW, Movember, The Matildas, VB, Officeworks and Repco, to name a few. Picking up accolades around the world, and more locally with a Gruen Pitch Trophy, which remains his mum’s clear favourite.
